Amazing 2-Step Garlic Herb Chicken!

Happy Halloween everyone! Well, a day late... Anywho it's also a Monday which is terrible times two! Why you ask? Because not only is it a Monday, it's also a clean up day for those of you who threw parties or went to one and came back not really remembering what went on last night. So, if you're one of those people and are sort of dragging through the day, let me help you with my amazingly delicious garlic herb 2 step chicken. All you need are 3 ingredients and a Ziploc bag, that's it! It's already sounding pretty amazing, huh?

You'll need:

1 .75 oz envelope of garlic herb dressing mix
1/2 a cup of grated Parmesan cheese
2 boneless chicken breasts

I know what you're thinking, 'that's it?' I know it's too good to be true but the flavor is so amazing you'll be astounded at how awesomely easy this is! First, preheat your oven to 375 degrees and combine the cheese and herb salad dressing powder in the Ziploc bag and shake it around a little so it gets nice and mixed. Then toss in your chicken breasts and you're good to go. Give it another shake and place them in a greased 8x8 baking dish and bake them uncovered for about 45 mintues or until they reach the internal temperature of 165 degrees.

That's it! Two steps: Put the ingredients in a bag and shake and add the chicken and shake! No clean up and no fuss and after they're done, just take them out and serve them up with your favorite veggies. As a side note, I have made these with shredded Parmesan cheese and they came out just as good but with a different kind of coating. This was a crunchier coating more like Shake 'n' Bake.  I hope you enjoy it and as always...

Happy Eating!
